HAZARD INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS WILL DISMISS ONE HOUR EARLY ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3RD TO ALLOW STUDENTS AND STAFF TO ENJOY THE DISTRICT-WIDE HOMECOMING PARADE AND PEP RALLY IN DOWNTOWN HAZARD.
EACH SCHOOL WILL BEGIN DISMISSAL ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN THE NORMAL SCHEDULE.
THE PARADE WILL START AT APPROXIMATELY 3:15 PM AT THE TRIANGLE AND WILL END AT CITY HALL.
A COMMUNITY PEP RALLY WILL FOLLOW AT THE DOWNTOWN AMPHITHEATER.
ELEMENTARY AND MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS SHOULD NOT ARRIVE AT THE TRIANGLE BEFORE 2:30 PM.
